Women in Touch is an 8-week program (i.e. 1 hour session/week or tailored to suit) where participants are introduced to all types of body movements & physical activity.

By fostering a welcoming environment and fun, positive associations with touch football, ladies involved in your program are likely to progress into a social women’s or mixed social competition.
